Order Processing Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days, Monday through Friday.
Shipping Time: Orders take 5-8 business days, Monday through Friday, to arrive from the time they are processed.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) will be processed the same day; orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Total Delivery Time: It takes 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to arrive from the time you place it.

Cancellations & Address Changes

To cancel or update your order, contact support@shopnuvano.com within 24 hours. After shipment, please refer to our return policy. Incorrect addresses resulting in returns will incur reshipping fees.
