Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@shopnuvano.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Labels for Customers

  • For Defective Products: We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items.
  • For Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

Restoration Fee

Refunds

Once we receive your return and investigate it, we will let you know via email whether your return is deemed eligible.
